UP We Go: To Hillclimbs and Snocross Races

There’s nothing that tops the thrills and spills those that accompany the snowmobile hillclimbs in the UP of Michigan.

Another season of hillclimb action is just around the corner as announced by the Mid America Snow and Terran Expert Racers (MASTER) organization. Their 2021-22 winter season opens this Saturday, Jan. 15, in Ontonagon with the Terra-X competition, with the location to be announced. Terra-X is where a snowmobiler has to go through and around cones and also has to choose to go over or around a jump. The racer competes against the clock. The two fastest times qualify for the class championship.
