The 2023 MK Splash-n-Dash will be held at Veterans Memorial Park at Jack Lake on August 5, 2023. Known as one of the most scenic places in Langlade County, Jack Lake will again be host to a day of racing, eating, drinking, and music to support the Antigo Swim Club! Competitors can compete either solo or in teams.

Splash-n-Dash consists of a 500m swim and a 5k off-road run (3.1 miles).  Swim participants must be age 12 or over

The Kids Splash-n-Dash consists of a 75m swim and a ½ mile run.

MK 5K Dash is for those who just want to run.
