Bring the family and enjoy a day of free activities along the beautiful Bay of Green Bay! The event offers something for everyone, with a playground, beach, pavilions, and live presentations. Booths will feature the Wisconsin Purple Martin Association with bird banding, presentations, and a silent auction; Bird City Oconto with bird information and children’s activity bags; the Bluebird Restoration Association with a bluebird house presentation and sale; Earthaven Museum with fossils and rock identification; and the Brown County Beekeepers with a honey sale. Farnsworth Public Library will host children’s activities and a storybook walk, while food will be available from the Oconto Park & Recreation Department. Be sure to catch live animal exhibits from Raptor Education (12-3 pm) and Archie’s Angels Reptile Education (10 am-4 pm). A day of fun awaits!
