Join the Humane Society of Douglas County, Inc. and the Free Spirit Riders Saddle Club for Barks, Barrels & Buckles on Saturday, June 24th for a day of exciting barrel racing, pole bending, a Cinderella run, and an awards ceremony! Riders of all ages welcome to participate, registration opens at 1 PM followed by exhibitions with the main event starting at 3 PM at the Head of the Lakes Fairgrounds. 15 Buckles up for grabs as well as lucky loser prizes! This event is PEWC and MPBA sanctioned so be ready to do your best and have fun!  Proceeds from this event will help HSDC continue to provide essential care to the lost, homeless and abandoned animals, large and small. This event is free for spectators! We hope to see you there!
