7 Northwoods Arts Workshops That Will Keep You Inspired All Autumn Long

paintbrush and palette

The Northwoods are all ablaze week, glowing scarlet and pumpkin everywhere we look. We want to run outside and take in this ephemeral sight while it lasts! But we are also contending with another fall phenomenon this week—a chilly rain—that keeps us indoors more than we like.

Overflowing with the inspiring beauty that this region provides, while seeking warmth and comfort indoors, this is the perfect time to turn inward and explore your creative side. No matter your preferred medium, you’ll find abundant artistic opportunities in the Northwoods’ creative community.

Not quite sure where to start? Here’s a round-up of 7 single-day arts workshops happening in the Northwoods this season. There is something on this list for every age group! Whether you live here year-round or you’re visiting the area for just a few days, these are all excellent events to add to your Up North autumn must-do list.
