DESCRIPTION:Join the community of Elcho and the Elcho Historical Society for a Fourth of July bash celebrating the 250th birthday of America! \nThe Elcho Grange Hall Number 671 Museum will host its grand opening\, with the dedication happening at 9:30am and the museum opening at 10am. Inside the museum\, there will be several musical performances throughout the day as well as informative lectures about history and current organizations. \nThere will be a car show\, boat show\, and tractor show\, as well as a craft show. A mustache and beard contest is also planned.\nNext to Grange Hall will be The Bus Stop. Also\, next to the museum will be an activities tent. All kids activities will be under the tent. \nThe United Church of Christ will be hosting their chicken dinner. Holy Family Catholic Church will be offering a bake sale. In addition\, the brat barn will be open. \nAt (approximately) 4:00 p.m. there will be a street dance and at dusk a fireworks show.

This is a fundraiser for Never Forgotten Honor Flight. \nATV/UTVs and motorcycles are welcome! ATVs / UTVs will have a separate poker run and will be joining back up with motorcycle poker runners at the MC Festival grounds at 5:30 pm. Contact Fischer’s Bar for details at 715-873-4561 \nIt is $25 per bike\, $5 per passenger. RSVP is welcome\, but not required. Riders can leave at any time\, but the ride is scheduled to leave at 11:00 am. You will receive route maps and a list of sponsor stops upon arrival. \nAfter a fun-filled day of cruising\, return to the MC Festival Grounds at 5:30 pm. SUMMARY:Wolfman Triathlon
DESCRIPTION:The Wolfman Triathlon consists of three segments: a 3-mile whitewater paddle\, a 13-mile mountain bike ride\, and a 3.5-mile rugged trail run. Racers begin in kayaks/canoes on the very rocky 3-mile class II whitewater section of the Wolf River just north of Langlade. This downriver canoe and kayak leg ends at the DNR landing in Langlade. Racers then pull their boats ashore and sprint to the bike racks for a 13-mile mountain biking portion of the race. After a short ride east on Highway 64\, the course enters the Nicolet National Forest and the area’s extensive network of challenging technical single-track mountain bike trails. The course eventually exits the National Forest\, crosses Highway 55 south of Langlade\, and continues on a more purpose built trail culminating with a river crossing near the end of the mountain biking course.  The last leg of the race is a 3.5-mile rugged trail run along the scenic Wolf River.
